Mold Removal and Remediation

If Mold is present in your home or business, it quickly becomes an ever expanding problem that requires attention right away. • We then use industrial-grade water extractors, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers and various other tools to efficiently remove excess water
  • We then effectively contain the affected areas and eliminate any contaminated materials
  • We then clean mold from any surfaces that will not be replaced during the process.
  • Next, we apply disinfectants and antimicrobials to stop any mold from growing in the future

First Call 24-7 Helping Homeowners Cope With Disaster

When disaster strikes a homeowner needs to have the reassurance of knowing that there is a disaster restoration and remediation company is available 24/7, each and every day of the year. Natural and man-made disasters are on the increase and these can cause damage to homes in Broward County and Palm Beach County, South Florida. The damage to the home severely disrupts the normal functioning of the household – and swift action needs to be taken.

The severity of disasters such as hurricanes, fire, flooding can mean that a home becomes uninhabitable. In cases like this, the homeowner simply wants his or her family to resume normal life – and not risk further damage to the property that might result from delays in remediation. In some instances those delays can cost thousands of extra dollars – may even pose severe health risks to the occupants of the property, as in the case with mold growth.

However, availability is only one of the criteria that the homeowner should use to inform their decision about which company can assist their families in getting their lives back on track.

The professional mitigation and restoration company also needs to provide the peace of mind that they are state-certified providers of specific services related to restoration services. Other certification such as ‘Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification’ is essential. The company should also be a member of good standing of respected professional associations and be licensed by the state to provide restoration and remediation services.

A track record of success is also essential. A home is usually the most valuable asset that any individual will make in his or her lifetime – and protecting its value as a financial investment and a haven for the family is of paramount importance.

If you live in South Florida and are facing the effects of a disaster, reach out to First Call 24/7 on the emergency number (866)6 -DRY-NOW (866) 637-9669 and get your free consultation. With over 20 years of experience and a five-year warranty on services First Call 24/7 means peace of mind and the assurance that not only will your most precious asset be protected, but your life can return to normal as quickly as possible.

About Margate, Florida

Margate Florida

Located in Broward County, Margate is considered an integral part of the Miami metropolitan area. As of 2020, Margate, according to the Census Bureau, had 58,712 residents to date. Spanning 8.98 square miles and located just 7.5 miles from the Atlantic Ocean, it is often considered a beach community.

Originally established in the 1950s, Margate in its early beginnings was natural farmland and in part, sharing space with the Everglades. 1955 is when the city officially started attracting new residents due in part to land development, but it wasn’t until 1961 that it was officially incorporated as the city known today. The city of Margate was seen as the gateway to western Broward County and the origin of its name is a portmanteau of the founder’s name– Jack Marqusee and that of the first letters of gateway.

Margate has its fair share of different ethnicities with almost an equal number of whites, hispanics, and African Americans calling it home. Other noteworthy places to enjoy local culture include the Seminole Casino Coconut Court and the Fern Forest Nature Center. Meanwhile, Hampton Pines Park offers the perfect campgrounds and fishing opportunities.
