Mold Removal and Remediation

If Mold is present in your home or business, it quickly becomes an ever expanding problem that requires attention right away. Structures with a history of moisture issues, or that have experienced flooding recently or in the past are most at high risk for mold growth.  Mold can begin growing within 24 hours of moisture intrusion and can be highly toxic and deadly.

Our mold cleaning and removal process…

  • We start with a mold infiltration assessment from our experienced technicians
  • We then use industrial-grade water extractors, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers and various other tools to efficiently remove excess water
  • We then effectively contain the affected areas and eliminate any contaminated materials
  • We then clean mold from any surfaces that will not be replaced during the process.
  • Next, we apply disinfectants and antimicrobials to stop any mold from growing in the future
  • Finally, we sanitize, deodorize and purify the air in your home or business.

About Parkland, Florida

A suburban city community by all accounts, Parkland, Florida is situated in northern Broward County. Also considered an official part of the Miami metropolitan area, Parkland is home to 34,670 residents according to the official 2020 census. The city itself spans less than 13 square miles and the northern city boundary does share a border with both Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Flanked by Coconut Creek, Coral Springs, and the Everglades to the west, Parkland offers scenic views and untouched natural beauty.

Parkland was first incorporated as a city officially on August 13, 1963 by the then governor, C. Farris Bryant. Most famous for its zoning laws, Parkland is designed to permanently keep its park-like appearance. Until the mid-1990s and early 2000s, Parkland didn’t even house any stores or traffic lights in an effort to preserve its natural beauty.

Historically, Parkland is also home to one of the deadliest high school shootouts in American history. On February 14, 2018, a gunman killed 17 people and wounded an additional 17, making it one for the history books.

Nearly 60% of the population of the city is white or caucasian, meanwhile hispanics and latinos make up 18.48% of the demographics. According to the census, the city of Parkland has a median house value range of $596,212 while the average yearly income of residents is just slightly below $57,000.

There are plenty of local activities ranging from enjoying a weekend outing at the Osprey Point Golf Course to heading over the Quiet Waters Park, which spans 400 acres. Of course, no nighttime outing is complete without a visit to the Seminole Casino Coconut Creek which features a grand slot room with 2,000 machines and 70 live game tables. Perhaps one of the most iconic attractions, Butterfly World is a magical place featuring botanical gardens and butterflies.
