How accurate is the estimate?
It's not an estimate in the usual sense — it's a fixed written price built from a real scope: your space measured, materials selected, allowances defined. That's why we do the design work BEFORE pricing, not after. The number you sign is the number you pay.
Can the price change?
Only two ways: you choose to change the scope (and sign a written change order first), or a genuinely hidden condition is uncovered — which we document with photos, price in writing, and never proceed on without your signature. No verbal add-ons, ever.
How long does remodeling take?
A typical bathroom runs 2–4 weeks; kitchens 4–8 weeks; larger projects are scoped individually. You get a written timeline before we start — and because materials are confirmed before demo, we don't lose weeks waiting on a faucet.
Do you pull permits?
We pull them, we schedule the inspections, and — the part most contractors skip — we CLOSE them. Open permits surface at the worst moments: selling, refinancing, or an insurance claim. Your project ends with clean, documented paperwork.
Can I stay in my home during the remodel?
In most cases, yes. We plan for it: dust containment, a working temporary setup where possible, daily cleanup, and a schedule you always know in advance. Living through a remodel is disruptive — our job is making it survivable.
Do you offer financing?
We don't offer in-house financing at this time. What we do instead: scope your project honestly to the budget you're comfortable with, and when it makes sense, phase the work so the home you want fits the plan you can fund. Many clients also use home-equity products from their own bank.
